How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain items, such as food products or customized gear, are final sale.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and U.S. territories. We are looking into expanding our shipping options in the future.
How should I care for my Whataburger apparel?
To keep your gear looking fresh, we recommend machine washing cold with like colors and tumble drying on low. Refer to the specific care label on each garment for detailed instructions.
Can I use Whataburger gift cards to buy merchandise?
Whataburger restaurant gift cards are currently only valid for food and beverage purchases at our restaurant locations and cannot be used for online merchandise orders.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We want you to love your gear! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, and we will make it right.
